Moving forward
The best Super Bowl commercial.
The home inspection is tomorrow. That will be interesting. This will be the key event in the whole thing. Hope all turns out well.
Looks like my mortgage will be $25 a month more than my current rent. Looks like I'll already have some equity based on my downpayment.
Do you recommendations for homeowners insurance?

The first Nascar race of the Speedweeks in Daytona is Saturday night.
Will be interesting to see how the new surface changes racing at the track.
Hope they are bunched up more like at Talladega.

Most homeowner's insurance is about alike; you can usually save some bucks by having it with the same company as your auto insurance.
The best insurance you can but is disability insurance; if you become sick or disabled, it will make your payments. Read the fine print.
