Thursday Thoughts

Last night I feel asleep watching tv. At midnight I woke and went to go to the bathroom. I got very very dizzy and had to sit on the floor. Now my side hurts at the back right side of my rib cage. Now I am wondering when I went to sit down when I was dizzy if maybe it was more like a graceful fall. I know I did wake up lying on the bathroom floor. HHMMM.

Why is Sarah Palin so popular? Absolutely astounding such a fool can be seen as a leader.

So I have bought a few books recently and those are on hold for one I just received from an Ebay purchase. The book is called "The Omnivore's Dilemma" by Michael Polan. In brief it is about four different meals and how the foods from those meals came to the dinner plate. From farm or field, factory or organic, manufactured or mothernature and the implications those foods have on us today. The meals are basically broken down into the standard meal we eat from the grocery store, organic meals and the a meal as a hunter gatherer. It is very well written and interesting.
If you want to read it when I am done I can loan it out.

I have been at my job for a tad over three months at this point. Guess what, I am actually enjoying my job. Simply amazing.

My nephew is getting out of control partying and my brother refuses to believe it from what I understand. The thought is either somebody, like me, needs to make my brother understand this or we let him continue his fall. I understand he is one ticket away from losing his license and that would make many of his troubles go away in a hurry. Do I make the call and have my brother and nephew super pissed at me. My brother and I now work together alot since he is the main contact with one of the companies we work with. Do we let my nephew fuck up and take a fall. He is going to college in Sept. and we all know what a mine field this could be.

Picture is from St. Marys, Georgia.

I'd like to read that book. I'll see if Tia can get it for me on loan from the book store.
Hoping you have a doctor's appointment already lined up for when your insurance kicks in. You need labs taken and possibly a MRI of your head or something.
Sarah Palin....? who knows why. My boss and her husband think Obama is a socialist/Marxist and like what Bush did for our country. Go figure. None of them are perfect I guess.
I'll think about the nephew thing some more but my initial thought is for you to write a letter to both he and his father if you can't get them to listen to you. If there is any way you can help that kid I think you should. It does take a village to raise them, I strongly believe it.
Be well. There may be a possibility for me to teach here in Palm Coast at a studio. I'm scared to make the call but keep thinking about that photo you gave me "believe in yourself" and I think I will. Peace my brother and power to the old hippie girls ;)

WTF? Man, you may have had a stroke or such or blood pressure problem! Go to a doctor! Are you keeping hydrated? Beer don't count.

Palin? If America falls it will be from within and she is charismatic enough to collect a tremendous following. It is obvious from past elections that Americans love to be deceived.

I'm interested in the book; I'll check the library and if I can't find it there, I will borrow yours after you and Tammy read it.

To quote you "Family issues can be troubling and confusing, all the more so when kids are involved." In your case it is damned if you do and damned if you don't. You will probably never live with your conscience if you don't try, but you may also destroy the relationship with your brother if you try and especially if you try and fail. The entire family should get involved with guiding the kid.

The people who think Obama is a socialist or Marxist are actually not thinking.

Tea Party = fools.

BTW, great pic.

Could be sugar. Carolyn has done that twice and it was b.p. falling suddenly; once after a med change and another time when she needed a med change.
