DeChristopher and many others are being used by Gov$Biz as examples of how a true democracy should not be run. Rape the land, foul the water, poison the air until nothing is left on down the road and for another generation to deal with. Who speaks for earth? We need a strong national and world leader, someone whom people can rally around. A messiah of tree-huggers and do gooders, a spokesman for Joe Average, a selfless crusader for right and rights. We need Abe Lincoln ... or you.

Well we need more DeChristopher's if only because Gov$Biz do not want them.
I found his speech at his sentencing hearing to be inspiring. Standing on his principles is something we should aspire too.
Maybe I should become a member of the Green Party.
