Summer has begun
The summer has begun for the year 2011.
Had an excellent weekend with Mr and Mrs. Carta. Food, drink and conversation. Relaxing and enjoyable as holiday weekends should be.
Farmers market, bloody mary's, rum drinks, Asheville, Mount Mitchell and a black bear and metal objects on the railroad tracks. The way holiday weekends should be.
Temps cranked up a notch. 95 here yesterday and it seems we may break records the next couple of days.

Thank you for a great weekend. The mountains were beautiful and your yard is a magical meditative scantuary. So happy you have such a cool spot for your very own. We got a large decorative pot for the Japanese Maple and he is getting acquainted to the new climate. Hopefully I can keep it alive. And we got to see a bear! how cool was that. much love!
Carly had a lot of high profile lovers; you and I should be able to fit in somewhere.
Glad you all had a good time and happy that the mountains were part of your weekend.
