Sweetness
Simple and beautiful cover.
Have to put together a letter to my bosses asking fora raise. After two years it is time for one. going to ask for a decent increase or give them an option of a smaller increase and 10 additional paid days off which would bring me to 20 days vacation.

I think providing a proposal wiht options is wise. That way they may still may feel the power of the decision. Good luck. Maybe the Saint of Prosperity will be watching over you that day and you'll get both !
