So I started dieting a month ago and have lost 10 pounds. It has been really easy. I have not had soda in a month and have cut out most meat. I am eating more salads, yogurt, Bocca veggie burgers and things of that nature. I want to lose another 25 pounds or so and get to around 185 lbs. Hooray for me. so far so good.

I'll keep on working on it. it feeks good to lose some pounds. As you know it is tough.
Good for you, Mark! It isn't easy to change eating habits.
I have been killing myself doing P90X for the past God knows how many weeks. Have you seen this infomercial? It's insane. I don't think I've lost a pound. But my bad for not following the diet plan.
