Headed over to Daytona this weekend to meet an old girlfriend from high school. She got touch with me through Facebook. It will be interesting since we have not seen each other since 1981.
It should be interesting for sure. Who knows what it will be like.

I had a good time this weekend and Cheryl is very nice but there was no love connection on my part, not sure how she feels. We had not seen each other since 1981 and of course we both have changed a fair amount. She owns a Harley, Rotwieler and two pugs. I have no intention of owning a Harley and if I owned a dog it would be a golden retriever. My ideal woman is more of a hippy chick and Cheryl is not a hippy chick.
I think she wanted or expected more and that things would be the same or close to how they were back in the day. I was a bit more skeptical when it came to that.
My reading of the situation ahead of time was pretty close to being correct.
Oh well, we will be friends so nothing lost. It was a good weekend.
