No war Wednesday

Someone in North Korea seems bent on war. Hard to know who is leading this latest march. Not everyone responds to pressure from other countries the same way. They could easily hit S. Korea before they could even react. Maybe its time to change some tactics and do some real negotiating.

I wonder what would happen if the US and its military threat stepped aside and allowed the rest of the world to negotiate with N.K.?
The world needs someone to step in and step up. There is some much hatred and distrust that any negotiations will be very difficult at best.
I am sure S.K. and Japan are very worried.
