Crap



My computer is giving me problems. Virus or some other problem, not sure.



Yup more rain today.

In the last month I have lost eight pounds and 4% body fat.

I am bored with work.

Where to go on vacation?  The Keys are sounding great.

I am happy with the diet. 50 lbs to go. i want to be at 198 to 200.

I would love to quit and start picking in the Keys, after several Bloody Mary's.
